Appointment Policies

I am now using the “Jane” app to digitally manage my practice. When an appointment is first scheduled I will enter you into the app and “Jane” will send you a Welcome and necessary intake forms. Once you submit, the forms will come back to me via “Jane” which is very secure and they will become the basis for your chart. I will also send a confirmation and direction to my home practice from the website email. Appointments will start and end at the designated time. Appointments missed without 24-hour cancellation notice will be billed at the full rate. If you have a pre-paid package, the fee will be deducted from the package. A late arrival may result in a shortened session.

With all the uncertainty of COVID-19, I am modifying my cancellation policies to offer greater flexibility. If you need to reschedule for any reason but particularly if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to anyone who is not well, I understand.  Please contact me as soon as possible; at this time, there will be no charge for cancellations even with less than 24 hours notice.  If you are experiencing a fever, cough or sore throat please reschedule your appointment.  If you have been to a COVID-19 impacted area or have been in contact with any infected person, please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past contact.
